Note

Low Risk
Routine dependency pin and semver bump with no application logic changes; reachability results may shift slightly with the Coana engine update when users upgrade the CLI.

Overview
Release 2.7.2 bumps the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.10.36 to 15.10.39 via DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION in reachability.py, which drives npx/npm-install unless callers override with --reach-version.

Package metadata is aligned: pyproject.toml, socketsecurity/__init__.py, and uv.lock now report 2.7.2. CHANGELOG.md documents the Coana bump, and docs/cli-reference.md updates the documented default for --reach-version.

No Socket Python CLI logic changes beyond the pin and version strings; engine behavior details are in the Coana changelogs.
